You can request a larger car directly at the counter. Do not fall short when booking, it is much cheaper to request a larger vehicle in advance than a last minute change.
What happens if the rent a car does not have the reserved model?
We remind you that reservations are made by category, not by model, so you could be given a vehicle of a different brand than the one specified in your voucher (the famous “or similar”). In the unlikely event that the provider does not have a car of the reserved category, it is obliged to provide you with a superior one of your choice.
